I want this blog to not only be a compilation of my workouts and healthy food choices, but a larger compilation during the other 20+ hours of the day where I’m not eating or working out. That’s a lot of time.
It’s hard to imagine that a fitness professional, such as myself, likes to do things that don’t involve kale and obnoxiously bright sneakers . But I do. I know, it’s weird, try to wrap your head around it…

SO, for you FITNESS junkies, this blog WILL include a great deal of grilled chicken, super sets, and high intensity interval training, but for you LIFE junkies, I gotchu. This blog will include simple pleasures, like ice cream, photography, and margaritas. Lots of margaritas. And chocolate. So much chocolate.
